Gazelle horn, made with crushed almonds and orange blossom is a must, we also find baghrir, a kind of light pancake served with honey or even milk pastilla (known as Ktéfa). As for drinks, it would be unimaginable not to mention the famous mint tea, which is accompanied in Morocco by a real ritual. The master of the house takes care of the preparation.
